The application will redirect you to a page dedicated to a given provider. There you will find basic information about the wholesaler, a description of its activities and a preview of the offered assortment.
Tip – Clicking on the “Preview products” button will redirect you to the “Products” tab with the filter enabled only for the selected supplier.
To add a supplier’s products to your store, you must first activate them. Click the “Activate this supplier’s offer” button in the top right corner. Then, select which product parameters from this supplier are to be automatically synchronised and click the “Next” button.
Note – Adding a product to your store by Droplo does not mean you are ready to sell it. Droplo is a platform that offers instant and convenient assortment management but is not responsible for the seller-supplier relationship. Remember that for each new supplier, you must first contact them and agree on terms of cooperation (e.g., shipping, returns, margin).
Note: For some providers, at this step, you may be asked by the application to provide a link to the XML file or a password and log in. Some providers use this to verify who has access to their offer. Please get in touch with the respective provider for these details.
Example: You have successfully activated a vendor and sent the product to your sales channel. Your customer has ordered the goods but will not receive them because you have not contacted the supplier and have not formalised cooperation with them in any way.
Some suppliers offer different prices to different partners, making other XML files available to them as well. Some of them also protect the data of their products, such as prices, and decide to make their offer available to sellers only after ensuring the cooperation is established.
Tip – Deselect only those parameters that you want to manage yourself.
